Pain after sitting

Hi Doc,

For the last few months, whenever I sit for any length of time on any surface esspecialy on hard surfaces i have pain in my backside area. The pain lasts for a couple of minutes and is worse if the muscle that controls your toilet functions is relaxed. The pain seems to be across the width of my backside.

Thank you

Dear Rossi
This may be due to inflammation in your coccix bone - please let your doctor examine your back - you may need to take some anti-inflammatory medication
