Oxycontin

Hi

I have been given oxycontin for pain relief by my doctor, is this a safe medication?

Very low doses of oxytocin has indeed been shown to lower pain sensitivity in men. It is however not reistered for this use in SA. Usually used for the induction of labour in woman.

As long as the injections is administerd under the supervision of your doctor, it should be safe.
