Ovulations


Hi,

Can you still ovulate when your periods are irregular, you get it every month, its just the dates, for example one month you get it on the 16th the other month on the 21st.

There are ways to test whether you ovulate or not, either by taking your temperature in the morning when you wake up ( when you ovulate it goes up by about half a degree) or doing a ovulation test ( it looks like a pregnancy test that you buy at the chemist). Irregular periods can be a sign of not ovulating.
