ovulation predictor kits

Hi - we are ttc and I have been using the ovulation predictor kits as my cycle varies between 26 to 32 days so I never quite know when i would ovulate. I did a test a week ago, and it had 2 lines (the test one was quite noticeable, but not as strong as what the ovulation predictor would be), I skipped one day and then since then have been testing daily - but there is only one line. I know it seems like a silly question, but could I possibly be pregnant - could I possibly ovulate in early stages of pregnancy? Or could I just have missed the 24-48 hours where the test would predict ovulation?

You probably ovulated when you had the two lines.
