ovulation before period

Is it possible to ovulate just before you next period starts. Say about 4 days? I have a consistant cycle between 3 1/2 to 4 weeks.

Dear BB

It is always possible to ovulate just before your next period however this is very unlikely. This is especially so if you have very consistent and regular cycles. Ovulation normally takes place 14 days before the start of your period.
