Ovulation &  Utrogestan

Good day,

Please can you tell me, on what days should one take the Utrogestan to help you ovulate ?

Uterogestan is progesterone, which is used in patients that may have luteal phase insufficiency, and it then used to supplement a low progesterone in the mid-cycle. However it is not used to help you to ovulate.
