Ovulation

Hi
My friend has endometrioses. She''s been off the pill for 2years, but not trying to fall pregnant. She gets her period every 2 weeks now, not every 4 weeks like she used to. When would she ovulate?
The fact that she gets her period every two weeks, do you think she would struggle to fall pregnant? She is 32 years old. (Her periods are very paintful  cramps.)
Thanks!

She may well not be ovulating and could struggle to fall pregnant.
