Ovulasie

Hallo 

Ek het Desember klaar gemaak met my Melodene en wil graag meer weet oor ovulasie en of ek dit reg verstaan? Dag 1 is die eerste dag wat jy begin bloei. Hoe presies werk jy dan jou siklus uit, verstaan ek dit reg as ek dit so se: Van die 1ste dag wat ek begin bloei tot die volgende keer wat ek begin bloei is die hoeveelheid dae van my siklus, bv. ek het 26 Jan begin menstrueer (dis dan dag 1), ek het gebloei vir so 4-5 dae en het weer begin bloei op 20 Feb - ek het dus ''n 25 dag siklus of is dit dan ''n 26 dag siklus..? Tel ek tot op die dag wat ek begin bloei of net voor die dag wat ek weer begin bloei..? Dag 1 was 26 Jan, dag 2 was 27 Jan... wat is die laaste dag - is dit die dag net voor ek weer begin bloei of dieselfde dag wat ek weer begin bloei? Die ander ding wat ek graag wil weet is, ek het ''n 30 of 31 dag siklus van Des-Jan gehad maar ''n 25 of 26 dag siklus van Jan-Feb gehad, hoe gaan ek weet hoe om te bepaal wanneer ek ovuleer? Jammer, dis baie deurmekaar, ek is ook baie onseker.

You had a 26 day cycle. Day 26 and Day 1 of the next cycle is the same. For a few months after stoping the Pil, yuour cycle may be irregualr so it may be difficult to work out ovulation. If you have intercourse from Day 10 - 16 you should cover the time of ovulation.
