overweight

hi doc i am 20 years old and im not loosing any weight. i walk 2.5km a day to get to work and eat healthy but still no change. i currently weight 110 kg and im 1.74m tall. i dont wanna be so fat anymore. could it be a medical problem as to why am not loosing weight? is there any medication i could speak to my doc about that would help me? the dietdoc suggested xenical what do you think?

Just ask your doctor to test you for insulin resistance and to check if your thyroid works well?
