Hi Nelly
Although clinical signs of cocaine use are similar to the signs and symptoms of hyperthyroidism and research suggests that cocaine may affect the thyroid, they have not proven that cocaine causes hyperthyroidism. Cocaine can aggravate the hyper thyroidism symptoms.
