I am 30 years old and I have been diagnosed with primary ovarian failure. Please can you explain to ME what it means and where that leaves me in terms of having a baby in the future.

It means that your ovaries are not working in terms of making eggs and you would therefore not be able to conceive. You would have the option of donor eggs if you wished.

Best wishes
