Osteopenia

I have just found out I have this and Caltrate Plus has been prescribed for me. Is this sufficient to stop the progress? I am 50, exercise for 30 minutes 5 days a week and try to eat a healthy diet. I am not overweight and am small in build.

What you are doing and taking is good to start. after another few months you must have the bone density test repeated adn that will indicate if you have been managing it adequately
