Orgasm

My b/f is 12 in and it takes him forever to have an orgasm (45 mins). What can we do to make him do it sooner??

Firstly,his size is not relevant to him achieving an orgasm.He might be on certain medication that causes this,otherwise you are doing it so often that it does take a while to " get there" .
Maybe you should have more foreplay,so by the time he gets to penetrate you,he is well on the way.

If you want him to orgasm quicker, then you should increase his arousal. Try delaying penetration for as long as possible while probably giving him oral. Also trying stimulating him visually and tease him until he cant take it any more, then allow him to penetrate and I am sure he will orgasm quicker as soon as he feels the moist and warm sensations of you.
