Dear lunga,

If a man gives oral sex to an HIV+ sexual partner, without using some form of barrier method, like a latex sheet, and he has any abrasions, cuts in his mouth and bleeding gums etc he is definitely at risk if HIV infection. The HIV virus is found in the vaginal fluids of an HIV+ woman.

If the condom burst and the man continued to thrust inside the woman a chance of HIV infection exists for the man if the woman is HIV+
