In the case of HIV - Oral sex is considered low risk sexual activity, but it still carries a risk as there is an exchange of body fluids. In the case of STD’s in general – Sexual transmitted diseases – well, the risk is substantially higher. It is thus always better to use a dental dab designed for safer oral sex practices when you really want to protect yourself.
