oral illness

After my sister was sexualy active this weekend, a greenish layer started in her mouth and also sores in the corners of her mouth. If she brushes her tongue to remove the layer, it starts bleeding.
What could this possibly be? Is there treatment available and is it contagious?

If she did oral sex, this could be gonorrhoea. However, she should see a doctor to make a diagnosis as there are other possibilities such as herpes.
