Recurring ear infection with oozing yellow smelly pus for over 10 years. Use ear protection in place of work. Live &  work in the Vaal Triangle. Quadriderm prescribed by ENT and examination taken of the ear done. The outer ear crusts and it is now spreading over the ear. It does not seem the ENT understands what is the cause or treament.
