Groete

Have you had a sinus ct scan - maybe your problem is caused by a sinus problem of some sort. It must be terrible to have ongoing ear pain and not know what is causing it and not be able to fix it! Maybe you need a 2nd opionn from another ENT or possibly a specialist physician could help? Specialist physicians can sometimes be brilliant in picking up problems that other doctors/specialist never thought of. Last year I had very bad swelling in my foot and lower part of my leg which persisted for weeks and weeks and wouldnt go away and despite endless x-ray examinations, blood tests etc. my gp didnt know what was wrong. It was my specialist physician who finally 8 weeks later suggested the possibility of a lymphoedema problem that I might have, which was later confirmed by a vascular surgeon I consulted to be correct.

Maybe you need to see another specialist of some sort. You cannot continue living which chronic severe ear pain. Something somewhere is not right, however minor it might end up being.

Hope you get the problem sorted out soon.
