omega 3,6+9

my baby boy is 15 weeks old and with his morning poridge i give him (a tip of a teaspoon) of omega 3,6+9 (in powder/seed form). but how much is really enough...heard that too much can be harmfull.

Rather avoid giving him supplements like this - use a baby formula like Vidaylin that you give per weight according to the instructions on the bottle. Omega 3,6 and 9 supplements are not yet essential to a 15 week old baby. Especially the oily vitamins (A,D, E and K) can be overdosed easily as the body would not excrete it in the urine
