Omega-3 Replacement

I don' t eat fish or any other seafood because it makes me nauseous. I know I am missing a good source of Omega-3 fats. What replacement food' s or supplements can I use to compensate.

Dear Albert
Although the richest sources of omega-3 are fish and salmon oil capsules, you can also boost your omega-3 intake with flaxseed, canola, walnut and soya oils. Legumes and seeds like flaxseed, plus omega-3 enriched foods (milk, eggs and bread to name but a few) can all help improve your omega-3 intake.
