Omega 3 &  6 supplements

Hi there Doctor C.

I bought these capsules at Clicks called Omega 3 &  6 1000mg.
Is it safe to take this during pregnancy?

The pamphlet says the following:
Each 1000mg Softgel contains:

Ingredients Per Cap %RDA
Omega 3 (as SalmonOil) Concentrate 500mg *
Typically supplying: EPA 18% 90mg *
DHA 12% 60mg *
Omega 6 (as Evening Primrose Oil) 500mg *
std. to 10% GLA 50mg
Natural Vitamin E 5 i.u. 33
*RDA not yet established

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
In pregnancy and lactation (use only on the advice of
a qualified helathcare professional).
