I passed an orange oily substance when I went for No 2 to toilet. What is that

Causes of orange colored stools includes some medications (such as beta-carotene and Rifampen) and supplements or foods high in beta-carotene (carrots, sweet potatoes, apricots, pumpkin and mangoes
