Hulle doen atletiek, langafstande, rugby en netbal.

Are we talking fitness programmes or training programmes for their sports? Given their age, I'd be very careful about giving them structured training. Are they not playing the sports five days a week? If they are doing three sports, then I would imagine they are active all the time, and quite honestly, that's all it takes, regular play. Adding structured training for someone who is 8 years old is likely to have a negative effect, in the long term.

Atletiek is ni so vroeer jare wat kinders 4 byeenkomste hou dan word jy geekies Zone en provv nie na kleursport is dit oor en verby dw jou kind moet vroeg begin tegniek en top fiks wees teen Januarie natuurlik met balnans.
