Oefening tydens swangerskap

Hi Dok
Dok, ek is nou 12 weke swanger. Ek wil vreeslik graag weer begin oefen. Kan ek bv. baie ligte wieght oefeninge doen en begin stap? Kan ek selfs sover gaan om stadig te draf vir se 1 of 2 km?

Walking and swiimming are fine. Running is okay as long as you do not push your pulse up too high for too long. Youy can use weights as long as you do not strain your back.
