Oefening en lewer

As ' n mens matige lewer probleme het, sal oefening dit erger maak of verbeter? Indien dit dit sal verbeter, wat se tipe oefening is die beste? Dit sal nou natuurlik alles gepaard gaan saam met ' n gebalanseerde gesonde dieet ens.

Persoon met lewerprobleem nog nooit gerook of gedrink nie. Word geel wanneer hy oefening doen soos Hardloop/fietsry.
Watter kossoorte behoort n persoon met Lewerprobleme te vermy en watter vitamiene kan hy gebruik. Hy gebruik geen medikasie nie maar voel dat hy tog n vitamiene aanvulling moet neem.
