Hoelank voor/na oefening kan mens eet/bad/swem?

Dit is 'n goeie idee om omtrent 'n uur voor oefening 'n hoë-koolhidraat versnapering te eet om energie vir die oefensessie te verskaf. Die eet van maaltye na strawwe oefening word bepaal deur hoe jy voel. Baie mense sal bv. net 'n bietjie energiedrankie drink onmiddellik na oefening om hul herstel te bevorder en dan eers eet na 'n uur of so wanneer hulle van die oefening herstel het. Jy kan dadelik na oefening bad en/of swem om jou lekker te laat voel.
