Ek wil asb net uitvind presies hoe lank op ' n slag moet mens oefen om gewig te verloor want ek het gehoor as jy oefen begin jy eers na 20min vet te verbrand?

Between 35 and 45 minutes would be sufficient. You don't only start to burn fat after 20 minutes, don't worry. You are using fat from the very first minute. The guidlines for exercise are that if you want to lose weight, you need to aim for 5 days a week, 45 minutes a day. But obviously, in the beginning, you might start at 20 minutes and then increase this as you get fitter and more able to tolerate the training. But 45 minutes is where you are headed.
