Sounds like you['re seeing thoughtful psychiatrists who are trying the benefits of different drugs mainly used as antidepressants, but which are useful in OCD.
I am puzzled by why you'd find the concentration / memory problems turning up after a while on several of them, including some which are chemically dissimilar. From your description, it seems as though there have been memory / concentration difficulties for a considerable time, perhaps unrelated to the OCD or its tratment except in this way - maybe when the OCD flares up, it obviously takes your main attention, and perhaps you don't then notice or worry so much about the memory / concentration issues, and as any treatment reduces the predominance of the OCD problem, the other symptoms become more noticeable again.
DO explore the availability ( which may be helped if you are associated with a university with any links to a medical school ) of CBT, Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, which a lot of good reseach has found to be really useful in depression, anxiety and a number of other conditions including OCD, alone or in combination with meds. This could help you sort out the memory and concentration problems better than meds alone
