Obsessief kompulsief

Goeiedag. Ek was 100 x per dag hande en maak my kinders ook so groot.

This sounds absolutely typical of OCD, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Foprtunately, this usually responds really well to a combination of Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy ( CBT ) and medication of the sort alsom used to treat depression.
So, see a good local psychiatrist for a full assessmentg, and a discussion of your treatment options, YOu could be feeling much better before long. And just think, apart from freedom from all that anxiety, how many more good things you could do and enjoy with the time and energy these obsessions currently waste !
