Nutritional value

Do you get a lot of nutrion from fruit and vegtables when you juice them in a juicer raw? I wash them first quickly in warm water and a little apple cider vinegar and then put them peel and all in the juicer.

Dear So
Fruits and vegetables are excellent sources of vitamins, minerals, so-called phytonutrients which protect us against diseases, and also soluble dietary fibre. If you juice your fruits and vegetables and drink the juice immediately afterwards then you should obtain maximum benefit. Don't store the juice for long periods because even at low temperatures in the fridge some of the nutrients like vit C can be reduced by processes such as oxidation.
