Dear Nutritional Information
If you are trying to reduce your intake of certain food components such as fat or energy or salt, then you can check these on the food labels if they provide such information. For example a food is regarded as low in fat if it contain 3g or less fat per 100g or 1.5 g fat per 100 ml for liquids. A food is low in energy if it contains less than 170 kJ per 100g for solids and less than 80 kJ per 100 ml for liquids. A low-sodium food should contain less than 120 mg of sodium per 100g (305 mg of sodium chloride).
Hope this helps
