HI

Re: Sodium, Magnesium,Potasium & Iron; how much in volume is standard recomendation for an active person at 70kg. who exercise about 4-6days a week for 45-70min!

How stunning that you are so active - well done! The Recommended Daily Allowances (RDAs) for adults for these nutrients are: Sodium - No RDA specified, but not more than 3000 mg per day; Magnesium 300 mg/day; Potassium - no RDA specified, but more than 2000 mg per day; Iron 14 mg/day.
