Hallo Damien
See http://tinnituscause.com/causes-of-vertigo-tinnitus.html
Sometimes the cause of the dizziness and tinnitus can't be pinpointed, but it is important to exclude tumours of the ear or brain. If nothing is found, the symptoms can be treated with SERC or STUGERON.
The numbness of the fingers can be caused by the median nerve pinching at the wrist and this could be caused by carpal tunnel syndrome. Try taking an anti-inflammatory medication. You can read more at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0001469/
