She may be getting a dip in her blood sugar after a meal due to over stimulation of insulin by the meal. She could try eating a low GI ( low sugar, high fibre, low fat) diet and eating her proteien first. High sugar and high fat content foods tend to stimulate high insulin.
If changing her diet does not help her doctor may need to do some blood tests to find the cause
