Numb tongue

My tongue is numb since last week. I' m diabetic, is there sumthing wrong.

This can be caused by entrapment of the nerve that supplies the tongue or your diabetes (diabetic neuropathy) if your sugar levels are not well controlled. Rather see your doctor.
