Numb toes and "buzzing" in legs

The two toes next to the big toe (on both feet) are numb, and what feels like electric shocks run from my feet up my legs every few minutes. What could be causing this?

Dear LZL
This sounds like a pinched or injured nerve in your foot - it could be caused by a neuroma or growth in the nerve under the foot. Let your GP have a look and refer you to an orthopod if needed.

My big toes have been numb for a few days and I' ve had cramps in my legs. What could be the problem?
