numb left leg

my left leg feels numb, this has been going on for at least a year, please advise me on what the problem could be. im worried it might signal a heart problem. i am 26 years old and i do not have a weight problem.

I recommend that you consult an orthropaedic surgeon to examine you in order to make a diagnosis, as it is possible that you have nerve inpinchment that is causing the numbness in your leg. I do not think it is related to any heart problems.
