NOT pregnant and spotting for two weeks non stop

Hi doctor

Please could you explain what could be the cause. I have been spotting for two weeks now and it doesn''t seem to be stopping. I am not pregnant as my GP confirmed this but he couldn''t explain to me what the cause is. I''m not on any medication and my cycles are regular.

It could be a problem with the uterus or cervix, or it could be hormonal. I would suggest that you see a gynaecologist.
Best wishes
