Not ovulating

I have been on a course of Premarin and Provera with a view of starting my periods. I had a chld end of November 2007 and stopped taking Triphasil in October 2008. I have not had a period since and the Premarin and Provera did not assist. Should I be worried if I would like to try to conceive again?

You are unlikely to conceive if you are not having periods. You should have further tests to finds out the reason for this.
