not menstruating

Hi, I had a miscarriage and went on the 3month injection after that I was on it for 5 years and never had any menstruations since the miscarriage. I left the injection March this year because we want to have another baby but since then have not menstruated at all. Can I fall pregnant not having menstruated at all but off since March, should I worry or will it take time?
