Normal Blood Pressure but high pulse rate

I am a 38 year old female. I am quite fit and active I, swim, cycle and walk. My blood pressure is with in range but my resting pulse is varies between 94 - 112. I also experience a cramp like discomfort in my right chest sometimes.
What could the cause be? and do I need to see a doctor?

Although the pulse is not that high, a person who is fit generally will have a lower pulse. In my opinion you needn't worry, but the depending on the severity of the chest discomfort you may report that to your doc. All the best!
