Nordette

I am on Nordette and skipped a month - where and when do I start again. On the first red tablet anytime or when I have my period, or must I start on the " O"  anytime???

What other contraceptive would you recommend just to keep my period regular?

You should start with the red pill at the start of your period. All oral contraceptives should have the same effect of keeping your periods regular.
