Dear Bill
Although there is some interest and researchers appear to be starting to look into the use of inositol as a treatment for a number of conditions, including nocturia, there are as yet too few sound scientific results to be able to draw conclusions. I would recommend that you discuss the problem of nocturia with a urologist so that he/she can determine what the cause is and what type of treatment will alleviate the condition.
Inositol is relatively common in many foods, so eating a varied and balanced diet should ensure that you do not suffer from a deficiency.
Best regards
