Our expert says:
If your husband produces no sperm at all then he would be required to have a testicular biopsy done to ascertain if sperm can be obtained in that way. If sperm is found by undergoing this procedure then that testicular tissue should be frozen so that the sperms could be used in a procedure called ICSI in achieving a pregnancy. Your best bet will be to visit a fertility specialist so that the procedure can be arranged.
