no sleep

hi i am 30yrs exercise regularly take supplements protein shakes omegas go to gym 5 times a week i cant sleep bought new mattress and pillow no difference also i have deviated spectrum will that be causing no sleep please advise

Ek is 30 jr. Ek sukkel nog altyd om te slaap. Ek is al die laaste 3 jr permanent op slaappillie.Adco-Zolpridem. Warm melk kaneel en nie oefen voor slaaptyd nie. Donker kamer .oogklappe en oorpluisies. Ek is so wakker met ''n slaappil in. Slaap patroon is roetine 7:30 tot 14h00 le ek rustig en daarna wakker tot oggend ure. Ek is ''n zombi! Help asb.
