No payment for 2 months

Hi

What are the legal steps to take if you have not been paid your salary for two months without any communication of what is happening except for the fact that the company is going through a rough patch whereas there are projects that are running, being invoiced and paid by the clients?

I just think we''ve been taken advantage of.

re: No Payment for 2 months

If you haven't been paid for 2 months salary then you must immediately report this to the Department of Labour and ask one of the inspectors to investigate this. You can also go to the CCMA or any of the Bargaining Councils that the company belongs to, to lodge a complaint. It certainly sounds like you are being taken advantage of.
