I must say that I am rather puzzled that your Mom has been told to cut out milk and dairy products if she has trouble with her stomach (milk and yoghurt are usually good foods when one has ulcers, etc), unless she suffers from a milk or lactose allergy?? If this is the case then she can try using soya milk and yoghurt which are fortified with calcium to boost her calcium intake - 3 cups a day should provide sufficient calcium for her needs. If she does take a calcium supplement then it may be advisable to use one called "MenaCal.7" which also contains vitamin D and vitamin K2.
