hi

Nitroglycerin for angina works very quickly. When a pill is needed the person places it under the tongue and allows it to dissolve, which usually takes about 20–30 seconds. Natural medicine would take longer to work. I would advice natural medicine as a prevention measure. for eg Hawthorn herb to improve cardiac function.
