Night sweats

I' m a woman aged 32, I sweat a lot at night that the sheet and blanket becomes wet. What could this be, this have been going on for a few months now. I feel perfectly fine.

Night sweats can be caused by infections like TB and viral infections, certain metabolic diseases like Diabetes or thyroid problems, certain blood diseases, but also by harmless conditions like Hyperhydrosis.
