Nie normaal

Hallo doc ek wil weet waarom dit vir my so moeilik is om uit my " Comfort zone"  (my huis) te beweeg.

Well, its called a Comfort zone for a reason - because you feel comfortable, safe, unchallenged, there. It sounds as though you may have a rather low self-esteem, and bother a bit much about how you look when you go out, maybe a bit obsessive about the whole issue ?
You worry about being "yourself" though 99 % of the time, nobody else would notice, whatever you wore and however you felt.
There could be a degree of Social Anxiety Disorder ( which, fortunately, responds realy well to medication and special counselling / psychotherapy.
Maybe the best thing would be for you to arrange to see a psychiarist for a full assessment and a discussion of treatment options, as it sounds very likely you could be easily and successfully helped to feel more comfortable and confident and free to come and go as it suits you

Bambie it is not only how you look that makes an impression on people but who you are inside........ Are you married or living with someone? Reason why I ask is that if you are single it can be that you always want to look your best just incase Mr Right is out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doc my self esteem is 100%.. that I can guarantee you. I like myself and others like me, it might be that I am afraid that they might see that I am not always that well put together...I am fine in how I am, but I am not fine for them to see me that way. Don`t know if that makes any sense?
